Our classes are inclusive of all abilities, interests and ages and form part of our inclusive theatre classes Newcastle.
Placing new members in the right class sets the tone for the rest of their engagement with us. We adhere to the following when placing students.
To each according to their ability. Every student is placed according to their ability and need, not only their age. Allowing them to build confidence and grow their skills at their own pace builds trust within their peer group and with the teachers at True Colours.
Friendship first, performance second. We always put our members first, which means building up their confidence and friendships is our first priority. When they are ready to perform we let them shine in showcases and public performances throughout the year.
